I bought this product in Las Vegas on Freemont street. A friendly man offered me a sample off the eye serum and invited me into the store. I was asked to sit at a table right by the door and a woman came to show me all the products. I told her no multiple times. She was very persistent and kept offering free products if I purchased the face cream. I still said no. She was very pushing but said there was a 60 days return policy if I wasn't happy with the results after a month of use. I agreed to try it. She took my credit card to the register and brought the receipt back to me at the table. After trying it for a few weeks I was unhappy and tried to return the product. I was told there was A NO RETURN policy posted by the register and they could not help me. They deliberately are scamming people and lying. They had me sitting at a table near the front of the store the entire time. I was never even near the register which contradicts what they told me. Very shady company and polices.

I spent thousands of dollars on laser products, which didn’t really help at all. Then I started using valaiss…The collagen cream did what I thought was impossible for my skin tone and overall appearance! My skin is now much clearer, brighter, and my friends can’t believe how great my skin looks! I have used valaiss for years now and I don’t intend to quit anytime soon

I was walking past the Valaais store in older strip un Las Vegas. I was approached by a woman handing out free skin samples. Then I went in the store and a male put on this under the eye serum. I could feel my skin tighten. I seen my bags under my eyes disappear. Not 100% but it was better than I looked. Why does the serum work under one eye betted than the other? I have read the complaints and see there are no refunds. I want to keep using the product to keep puffy eyes down. I asked about wrinkle removing and its a treatment with different prices. I am appreciative that the male sales person said that’s another procedure and different prices and that I should try the eye oroducts first because they wanted to be able to form a bond of trust before purchasing more detailed services and the store was closing right at that time.

I’ve been using this skin product for quite a while now. I absolutely love this skin product, Valaiss Switzerland and I have seen immediate results within 4 to 5 days. I highly recommend you use all their skin products. It leaves your skin feeling soft silky and smooth. I highly recommend the Maringa C booster. This is the best skin product so far in my opinion. Hi I am a new client and had nothing but the best customer service as promised by Joseph S**** a consultant of Valaiss in Las Vegas!!!!…..normally I am hesitant to try anything new..,,but I took time and was so happy I decided to!!!!….first of all the stuff worked as my wrinkles disappeared IN front of my eyes…It seemed to good to be true but it was true!!!!!!!! from there I was introduced to different products but was interested in purchasing the Perfectio X ….I am at an age where plastic surgery is an option so because of the FANTASTIC results I got from just the two sample products of Eye serum and instant lifting gel…..I wanted to continue with more products….I did end up purchasing a Perfectio X and with it received no LESS THAN $13,000 WORTH OF PRODUCT WITH IT….IT PAID FOR ITSELF…. for the first time with anything you actually come out ahead….this is top quality products and am soooooooooo grateful that the business standards are so high…you will not lose anything with this purchase……but gain a great looking face and YOUNGER looking skin guaranteed….I appreciate the honesty and very very very above and beyond products….thank you Joseph for being honest and upfront….but like I said the product speaks for itself…..IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that’s all that really matters!

I met with Dawn and she helped me pick the right products for what my skin needed. I am in love with the face line of products! The brush feels amazing like the spa and the foaming wash and toner feel and smell amazing. I saw results within the 1st try. Also I used the morning vitamin C wash and I have already told my mom about it too. Dawn was super helpful and the prices are very, very good for the value. The packaging is also super cute. Go try them out!

Joseph gave Michael and me a facial and the products are amazing. We received a deep heat massage along with the facial and it felt wonderful. You could see a difference right away. Joseph is very informative and most of all, not pushy.
